These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and vc111. - "Funds" / "Balance"

- "Bonus Balance"

- "Real Money Balance"
- The portion of a User's account balance consisting of actual deposited funds in BDT, excluding any bonus or promotional credits that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction"

- "KYC" (Know Your Customer)

- "Prohibited Conduct"

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the vc111 platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment of your first interaction with vc111.bet.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the following additional policies which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and vc111:

Age Restriction & Eligibility

vc111 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process required before a User's first withdrawal. Users may be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — confirming their date of birth. Where vc111 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is under 18 years of age, account access will be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

Own Funds Only

- You must not share your vc111 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

- Accounts showing signs of unauthorised access or credential sharing may be suspended pending investigation to protect the account holder.

vc111 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during a User's account lifecycle — not only prior to first withdrawal. All financial transactions on the vc111 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vc111 does not charge conversion fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals. Processing times stated above are indicative and subject to change. Actual withdrawal processing may take longer during periods of high demand, during KYC review, or where additional fraud checks are required. vc111 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking networks, or mobile wallet operators outside our control.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outbound payments.
- A minimum of one completed deposit must be recorded on an account before any withdrawal request will be processed.
- KYC verification must be successfully completed before vc111 processes any withdrawal, regardless of the amount or payment method.
- vc111 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit and a maximum daily withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section.
- Deposits that remain unused (no bets placed) may be subject to a processing fee if a refund is requested within 48 hours of deposit, at vc111's discretion.
- Any attempt to deposit funds using a payment method registered to a third party will result in immediate return of funds and may result in account suspension.

- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money balance or withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
- Validity Period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, roulette, and baccarat typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is ৳500 unless the promotion's specific terms state a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a User's account at any given time. A User must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before a new bonus can be credited.
- No Abuse Policy: vc111 monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, low-variance betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. vc111 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.
- Withdrawal During Bonus: If you choose to withdraw funds while a bonus balance is active, the entire bonus balance and any winnings attributable to the bonus will be forfeited. Only the real-money balance will be released for withdrawal.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the vc111 platform are supplied by independently certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. - In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at vc111's discretion — including during critical moments such as over-changes in cricket or corners in football. Suspended markets are not available for new bets until they are reopened.
- vc111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a data feed error, pricing mistake, or technical fault. Users will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
Certified RNG

Account Suspension & Closure
vc111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
- Instigation of a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider without first contacting vc111 support
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a confirmed responsible gaming concern
- Legal obligation arising from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order
- Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and are subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200, deducted from any remaining real-money balance
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account will be reviewed. vc111 may withhold funds where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is identified, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the registered payment method after deduction of any fees or amounts owed to vc111.

Limitation of Liability

- Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials

- Any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, even if vc111 has been advised of the possibility of such loss
Where vc111's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, vc111's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vc111 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the absence of errors or defects. vc111 does not warrant that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components, and Users are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by vc111's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vc111 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- Informal Resolution: Prior to initiating any formal dispute process, you must contact vc111 support in writing and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for vc111 to investigate and respond to your complaint.
- Formal Dispute Submission: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 30 calendar days of your initial written complaint, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute channels specified in vc111's Complaints Policy, which is available upon request from customer support.
- Game Outcome Disputes: All disputes regarding the outcome of a game round must be raised with vc111 support within 7 calendar days of the disputed round taking place. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated due to data retention limitations. Server-side game logs are the authoritative record in all game outcome disputes.
- Payment Disputes: Disputes regarding deposits or withdrawals must be raised within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. vc111 will work with the relevant payment provider to investigate and resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting vc111 support is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
- No Class Actions: All disputes between you and vc111 must be pursued on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against vc111.
Amendments to These Terms
vc111 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in platform services, feedback from Users, or for any other legitimate operational reason.
